What Do Your Employees Do For Enjoyment?

Have you thought about being an event sponsor?  What do your employees enjoy doing in their free time?



If you can find someone to run the event, participate as a sponsor and hand out trinkets with your web address on it.  Set up a booth and staff it with a couple of hiring managers and one or two recruiters.



One of my former clients sponsors a couple of triathlons each summer because so many employees (25%) participate.   It can be a combination of a corporate outing and recruitment.  The recruitment at the booth should be subdued but enthusiastic.



This enables passive candidates to become aware of your company and its culture in a very positive fashion.  Plus their outside interests are similar to yours.
